Health Dashboard is a personal wellness tracking service available at https://health.gavinmerwin.com. It collects account, health, nutrition, activity, lab, alcohol tracking, and communication data that the account owner provides or connects through supported integrations.

We may collect account details, authentication events, health and wellness records, uploaded files, connected-source webhook data, SMS opt-in status, phone number, inbound or outbound SMS content, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to display dashboards, store source-backed logs, send requested reminders or reports, process SMS alcohol tracking messages, troubleshoot data issues, protect the account, and improve the reliability of the service.
SMS Communications
If you opt in to SMS, Health Dashboard may send recurring automated and manual text messages related to wellness reminders, alcohol tracking, check-ins, and account-requested notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that host the application, store data, send email, process SMS messages, or operate connected integrations. These providers are used only to run the service.
Security and Retention
