Use of the Service

Health Dashboard is a wellness tracking application for organizing health, nutrition, activity, lab, alcohol tracking, and self-reported data. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only with data you are authorized to provide.

Not Medical Advice

The service is for informational and personal tracking purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified medical professional before making health decisions.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, maintaining accurate contact information, and reviewing imported data for accuracy. Connected services and wearable devices may send incomplete or delayed data.

Telegram Messaging

By connecting the Telegram bot, you authorize Health Dashboard to receive health logging commands and send reminders, confirmations, and coaching messages to that private chat. You can disconnect the chat in Settings or pause scheduled reminders at any time.

Data Accuracy

Dashboards and reports depend on source data from connected providers, uploads, and manual entries. The service may display missing, stale, or partial data when a provider does not send a complete record.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
