Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, maintaining accurate contact information, and reviewing imported data for accuracy. Connected services and wearable devices may send incomplete or delayed data.

SMS Terms

By opting in to SMS messages, you agree to receive recurring automated and manual text messages from Health Dashboard at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies based on reminders, check-ins, and tracking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Accuracy

Dashboards and reports depend on source data from connected providers, uploads, and manual entries. The service may display missing, stale, or partial data when a provider does not send a complete record.
